1、中文摘要草莓的贮藏是一个很有实用意义的研究课题,果实的成熟衰老调控是采后生理调控的研究热点。研究表明,Ca、1-MCP、NO处理对果实的成熟衰老起到一定的延缓作用。本试验以‘童子一号’草莓为试验材料,研究Ca、1-MCP、NO处理对.1℃贮藏及货架期草莓品质及活性氧代谢的影响,探讨其可能的影响机制及可行的以出口为目标的贮藏方法。结果表明:采前O.3%喷钙处理、采后500nL/L1-MCP两次密闭处理降低了果实中纤维素酶活性,减轻了膜质过氧化程度,提高了超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性,及时清除了果实中活
2、性氧,提高了草莓长期贮藏后货架期品质。采后钙处理由于浸泡处理方法和时间对果实造成伤害的缘故,其果实品质未得到较大的改善。59mol/LShip处理浓度提高了果实可溶性蛋白质含量,降低了果实中纤维素酶活性和膜脂氧化程度,引起了体内酶活变化较大波动,保持了果实硬度,但腐烂率较高。109mol/LShIP处理则会对草莓造成较大伤害,增加腐烂率。草莓果实的软化与纤维素酶活性有密切联系。纤维素酶活性低,其果实软化速率减慢,果实硬度的保持对防止腐烂也起到一定作用。关键词:草莓,钙,1.甲基环丙烯,一氧化氮。活性氧IIIAbstrac
