2、理均降低了果实质量损失率,提高了果实好果率;对果肉可溶性固形物含量(TSS)和固酸比(TSS/TA)无显著影响,而在第0d降低了果肉可滴定酸含量(rA),第5d后提高了果肉TA;各因素处理均降低了果肉丙二醛(MDA)含量;浸钙处理提高了果肉PPO活性,温烫处理降低了果肉多酚氧化酶(PPO)活性,uV—B辐射处理则基本上不影响果肉PPO活性;各因素处理降低了果肉过氧化物酶(POD)活性,但不影响果肉过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性。可见,各因素处理能改善龙眼果实贮藏效果和减轻果肉活性氧损伤,浸钙、uV—B辐射和温烫处理组合是最优的处理组合;活性氧清除可能由其他
