3、ndaquestionnairewasdistributedto98Greekfirmsofthefoodsector.TheselectedenterprisesarelocatedinAthensanduseInformationSystemsinordertosupportcommunicationactivitiesandPRstrategies.ThequestionnaireswerestatisticallyprocessedusingSPSS.AnumberofvariablesthathavegreaterimpactontheeffectivenessofC
