2、1)摘要:【目的】利用响应面分析法对超声波提取金花茶叶皂甙的工艺条件进行优化,为其工业化生产提供理论依据。【方法】在单因素试验的基础上,以皂甙提取率(Y)为响应值,选取液固比(A)、超声波功率(B)、提取温度(C)及提取时间(D)为自变量,根据Box.Behnken试验设计原理,采用4因素3水平的响应面分析法对各因素的显著性和交互作用进行分析。【结果】金花茶叶皂甙提取的二次多元回归方程为:Y=15.78—0.39A+0.95B+0.32C+0.73D+0.48AB一0.45AC一0.51AD+O.29BC
