3、lyzingProanthocyanidins.UnearrelationandtheregressionequationweremakedbetweeneoneentrationandabsorbaneewiththestandardsamPle.2.InextraetionProeessfromthefermentedgraPe,ethanolsolventwasmailyusedinthisPaPer,fiveextractionconditionswerestudied:theextract

4、iontimes,extractiontime,temPerature,concentrationofsolventandratioofsolidtoliquid.TheresultshowedthattheoPtimumextrationconditionswereobtainedasfollows:eoneentrationofethanolat60%,ratioofsolidtoliquidatl:7,temPeratureat58,C,extraetionfor3timesand30minu

5、teseachtime.Theextractionyield151.58%withthismethod.Inaddition,mixedsolventsofmethylaleohol,ethanolandacetoneeffectontheextraetionratewasstudied,theresultsshowedthattheextractionratewas2.06%whenthesolventProPortionwasl:3:2,theextractionrateofthemixedso

6、lventswas28.0%higherthanthatofsinglesolvent.3.TheoPtimalexPerimentconditionswereachievedbyorthogonalexPeriment:aecordingtotheirsignificance,thedescendingsequeneeofabovefoactorsWasB(temPerature)>D(extractiontime)>C(aleoholvolumefraetion)>A(thesolid一liqu

7、idratio).TheoPtimizationProcessconditionswereAZB3CID3,withthetemPeratureof60oC,fromtimeto40min,alcoholvolumefractionof50%andthesolid一liquidratioatl:7.Andthebetterextractionrateeanreaehto1.61%.4.MacroPorousresinwasusedintheseParationofProeyanidins.After
