2、影响。结果表明:①夜温升高使两品种所有处理烟叶叶黄素、一胡萝卜素较对照极显著提高,K326下部叶和云烟87上部叶增幅最大;苹果酸含量较对照极显著升高,上部叶增幅最大;柠檬酸含量较对照极显著降低,下部叶降幅最大。②绿原酸含量K326上部叶显著升高,云烟87上部叶显著降低。③除K326下部叶外,其余处理的新植二烯含量均较对照极显著升高,香气物质总量(新植二烯除外)升高幅度最大的为K326中部叶和云烟87上部叶。夜温升高对云南高海拔地区K326中部叶和云烟87上部叶香气质量改善效果最好。关键词:烤烟;夜间温度;色素;多酚;有机酸;中性香气物;香气前体物中图分类号:TS411.1文献标识
