1、经疝囊行腹腔镜腹腔探杳术的临床应用作者：吴政谦单位：昭通市中医院，云南昭通，657000【摘要】目的：探讨疝手术时，经疝囊行腹腔镜腹腔探查、活检、治疗的可行性及必要性。方法：为12例术中偶见疝囊舉病变、囊内腹水、术前伴有不明原因慢性腹痛、阑尾炎术后有粘连性肠梗阻发作史的疝患者行腹腔镜经疝囊腹腔探查术，冋顾分析其临床资料。结杲：木组12例中2例疝囊壁病变、1例囊内腹水、4例慢性腹痛、1例阑尾炎及4例有肠梗阻病史患者，经腹腔镜手术和/或后续治疗后治愈或病情稳定，无腹痛及梗阻复发。结论：疝手术过程中对偶见疝囊壁病变、囊内腹水、术前伴有不明原因的慢性腹痛、术前有阑尾炎及手术所致粘连性肠梗阻发作

7、常见且需手术治疗的疾病。疝手术过程中可偶见疝囊琏病变或囊内腹水。疝囊舉源于腹膜，腹水源于腹腔。少数患者在疝发生前后已合并慢性腹痛。某些疝患者有手术所致的粘连性肠梗阻，保守治疗1次以上，或有阑尾炎保守治疗史。町通过疝囊行腹腔镜探查、活检以明确病因，并行腹腔镜手术治疗。2004年以來我院为上述病变的12例患者经疝囊行腹腔镜腹腔探查、活检术，并于镜下治疗，现报道如下。I资料与方法1」临床资料12例患者中男10例，女2例，10〜70岁。腹股沟斜疝9例，
