1、CAC/RCP21Page1of21PRELIMINARYNOTETheRecommendedInternationalCodeofHygienicPracticeforFoodsforInfantsandChildrenwasadoptedbytheCodexAlimentariusCommissionatits13thSessionin1979.The14thSessionin1981adoptedtheMicrobiologicalSpecificationsandMethodsofMicrobiologicalAnalysisforFoodsforInfantsandChil
2、dren.TheCommissionhasexpressedtheopinionthatCodesofPracticemightprovideusefulchecklistsofrequirementsfornationalfoodcontrolorenforcementauthorities.RECOMMENDEDINTERNATIONALCODEOFHYGIENICPRACTICEFORFOODSFORINFANTSANDCHILDRENCAC/RCP21-19791.SECTIONI-SCOPEThisCodeofHygienicPracticeappliestoallprep
3、ackagedfoodsproduced,representedorpurportedtobeforthespecialuseofinfantsand/orchildren.Itcontainstheminimumhygienicrequirementsforthehandling(includingproduction,preparation,processing,packaging,storage,transport,distributionandsale)ofsuchfoodtoensureasafe,soundandwholesomeproduct.2.SECTIONII-D
4、EFINITIONSForthepurposesofthisCodethefollowingexpressionshavethemeaningstated:2.1Adequate-sufficienttoaccomplishtheintendedpurposeofthisCode.2.2Children-personsfromtheageofmorethan12monthsuptotheageofthreeyears.2.3Cleaning-theremovalofsoil,foodresidues,dirt,greaseorotherobjectionablematter.2.4C
5、ontamination-theoccurrenceofanyobjectionablematterintheproduct.2.5Disinfection-thereductionwithoutadverselyaffectingthefoodbymeansofhygienicallysatisfactorychemicalagentsand/orphysicalmethodsofthenumberofmicroorganismstoalevelthatwillnotleadtoharmfulcontaminationoffood.2.6EdibleProduct-productf
