1、CAC/RCP15Page1of47INTRODUCTIONTheRecommendedInternationalCodeofHygienicPracticeforEggProductswasadoptedbytheCodexAlimentariusCommissionatits11thSessionin1976.Atits12thSessionin1978,theCommissionadoptedMicrobiologicalSpecificationsforPasteurizedEggProducts(AppendixIIoftheCode).In1985,the

2、16thSessionadoptedamendmentstotheCodetoincludemelange.ThisCodeofHygienicPracticeistoberegardedasadvisoryinnatureandindividualgovernmentsshoulddecidewhatusetheywishtomakeoftheCode.TheCommissionhasexpressedtheviewthatcodesofpracticedealingwithspecificcategoriesoffoodsmightprovideusefulche

3、cklistsofrequirementsfornationalenforcementauthorities.RECOMMENDEDINTERNATIONALCODEOFHYGIENICPRACTICEFOREGGPRODUCTSCAC/RCP15-1976(amended1978,1985)1.SECTIONI-SCOPEThisCodeofPracticeisdesignedto:A.Preventdeteriorationinthequalityofeggsinshellintendedforeggproducts.B.Provideguidanceontheh

4、ygienicproduction,storage,packagingandtransportofwholeegg,eggalbumen,eggyolkandotherproductsconsistingwhollyormainlyofoneormoreoftheconstituentsofegg,intendedforhumanconsumption.C.Provideguidanceonhygienicpracticerelatingtopremises,equipmentandpersonnelusedorengagedintheproductionofthes

5、eproducts.Unlessspecificallystatedotherwise,theword"Egg"inthisCoderelatestodomesticatedchickens(hens)eggsintendedforprocessingasabove.However,theprinciplesofthisCodemaybeappliedequallytoeggsofotherdomesticatedbirds.2.SECTIONII-DEFINITIONS.Approvedmeansapprovedbytheofficialagencyhavingju

7、LREQUIREMENTS3.1EnvironmentalSanitationinProductionAreas3.1.1Hygienicdisposalofhumanandanimalwastes.AdequateprecautionsshouldbetakentoensurethathumanandanimalwastesaredisposedofinsuchamannerasnottoconstituteapublichealthorhygienichazardandextremecareshouldbetakentoprotecteggsCA
