5、dAssociateMembersofFAOand/orWHOaCodeofPracticefortheProcessingandHandlingofQuickFrozenFoods.InadoptingtheCode,theCommissionrecognizedthatcertainmatters,notablythefactthatthequalityofquickfrozenfoodsdependednotonlyonproducttemperatureandtemperatureflu

6、ctuationbutalsoonlengthofstoragewhichmeritedfurtherstudy.Accordingly,theCommissionagreedthatthesemattersshouldcontinuetobestudiedbytheJointECE/CodexAlimentariusGroupofExpertsonStandardizationofQuickFrozenFoodsinthelightoffurtherinformation,andthatthi

7、sCodeofPracticeshouldbereviewedatafuturedate.AtitsTwelfthSession,heldinApril1978,theCommissionadoptedaMethodofCheckingProductTemperaturetobeincludedasAnnexItotheRecommendedInternationalCodeofPracticefortheProcessingandHandlingofQuickFrozenFoods(CAC/R

8、CP8-1976).AtitsFifteenthSessionheldinJuly1893,theCommissionadoptedtheCodeofPracticefortheHandlingofQuickFrozenFoodsduringtransportasaRecommendedInternationalCodeofPracticeandsuggestedthatthisshouldbepublishedasAnnexIItoCAC/RCP8-1976.AllCodesofPractic
