2、，其屮有不到2/3的企业能够传到第三代，后者屮大约13%的企业能够传出第三代。而屮国家族式私营企业的寿命就更短。从这些数据我们可以看出，家族企业能持续发展下去的并不多。家族业是世界上最具普遍意义的企业组织类型，在生存周期上却有着“富不过三代”的延续规律，而我国家族企业的寿命更短。怎样才能使家庭金业走得更远、长盛不衰正是木文从家族金业发展的角度分析，把家族企业的家族式管理模式向职业化管理模式着手，对当下的家族企业的管理提出建议并进行分析。关键词：职业经理人任人唯贤富二代薪酬管理改革AbstractFamilyenterprisesasthemainbodyofcivili
