6、·····················34个人简历·············································································35中文摘要早期应用重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性心力衰竭的疗效探讨摘要目的:急性心力衰竭是临床上常见的内科急危重疾病,发病急,病程进展迅速。心力衰竭时心脏的结构和功能均发生了巨大变化,心脏相关生物学效应被激活,促使心力衰竭逐渐恶化,形成恶性循环。B型尿钠肽又称脑尿钠肽(Brainnatriureticpeptide,BNP),是心室扩张和心室压力负荷增加时由左心室分泌的一种心脏神经内分泌激素

7、,具有排钠、利尿、扩张血管、对抗肾素-血管紧张素-醛固酮系统(Renin-angiotensin-aldosteronesystem,RAAS)的活性,抑制交感神经过度反应,调节动脉压和血容量,进而对抗水钠潴留。外源性B型利钠肽-注射用重组人脑利钠(Recombinanthumanbrainnatriureticpeptide,rh-BNP)是DNA技术合成的生物制剂,与内源性BNP具有相同的氨基酸排序、空间结构和生物活
