1、重组人脑利钠肽治疗急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭的疗效观察[摘要]目的探讨重组人脑利钠钛(rhBXP)治疗急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法将我院将2007年1月~2011年2月收治的110例急性心肌梗死心力衰竭患者随机分为对照组.和实验组,每组各55例。对照组在常规抗心衰治疗的基础上给予硝酸廿油,实验组在常规治疗的基础上加用rhBNP,分析比较两组患者用药后心功能改善情况、治疗前后的呼吸困难程度、整体临床状况、尿量及超声心动图检查。结果治疗后实验组患者的心功能改善总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01);
2、实验组用药后24h、48h、72h的整体临床状况好转程度均明显高于对照组(均P<0.01);用药后24h实验组患者呼吸困难程度、尿量、尿量与入量的差值、EF值、Tei指数与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论rhBNP能有效改善急性心肌梗死后心力衰竭患者的呼吸困难和临床状况,提高心功能改善的总有效率,安全可靠,值得在临床推广应用。[关键词]重组人脑利钠钛;心肌梗死;心力衰竭[中图分类号]R542.2+2[文献标识码]A[文章编号]1673-7210(2012)01(c)-0044-03C
