3、tivewaytotreatURSApatients。Methods:90patientswhomeetinclusioncriteriawereenrolledinthisstudy,andtheywereallocatedintothreegroupsaccordingtotherandomnumbertable，includingTraditionalChinesemedicine（TCM）group（n=30）,immunotherapygroup（n=30）andthecontrolgroup（n=30）。TheTCMgroupweretreatedwithSel

4、f-developedTCMprescriptiontonourishkidneyandstrengthspleen,onceadayoveracourseof21days.After3courses,patientswereencouragedtogetpregnantinnaturalway.Theimmunotherapygroupweretreatedwiththeinitiativeimmunotherapy,oncepercourseof21days,after3courses,patientswereencouragedtogetpregnantinnatur

5、alway.Thecontrolgroupgotnotreatmentbutonlylifeguidancefor2monthsandrelaxationbeforepregnant.ThethreegroupseachgotconventionaltherapywithprogesteroneandHCG＋+afterthecertainofpregnancyfor3months.ThepercentageofCD4CD25regulatoryTcellsinperipheralblood，successfulpregnantrates,abortionrates,the

6、anti-HLAⅠⅡ/antibodiespositiveratesandTCMsymptomscorewerecomparedbeforeandaftertreatmentsamongthethreegroups.Analyzetherelationshipbetweenpregnancy＋+outcomeandanti-HLAⅠ/Ⅱantibodiesinthethreegroups.ThenumberofCD4CD25regulatoryTcellswerealsocomparedbeforeandaftertreatmentswithdifferentpregnan

7、cyoutcomes.Results:Therewasnostatisticaldifferenceamongthethreegroupsinage，abortiontimesandgestationalweekswhenabortion（p>0.05）.Therewasnostatisticaldifferenceamongthethreegroupsbeforetreatment.ButthepercentageofCD4+CD25+regulatoryTcellsinperipheralbloodweresi
