1、苍白球微量注射5HT对帕金森病模型大鼠旋转行为影响论文【摘要】目的探讨苍白球微量注射5羟色胺（5HT）对帕金森病模型大鼠旋转行为的调节作用。方法大鼠右侧内侧前脑束注射6羟多巴胺（6OHDA）以制备帕金森病大鼠模型，2周后大鼠损毁侧苍白球埋置套管，恢复3d后苍白球微量注射5HT，观察5HT对帕金森病模型大鼠旋转行为的影响。结果苍白球微量注射5HT（0.1mmol/L）不能使大鼠产生明显的旋转行为及姿势改变。腹腔注射阈下剂量左旋多巴（LDOPA,3mg/kg），大鼠仅产生微弱的对侧自发性旋转行为，与5HT组相比，差异无显著性
