4、nificance.Althoughtherearemanyworksabouttourismtranslation,uptillnow,noonehasdonesystematicstudyinthisfield.Manyscholarshaveprobedintotourismtranslation,butmostoftheirviewscomefromtheirpersonalexperience,whichcan’tofferanytheoryreferencetotherpeople.Forexample,someauthorsput
5、forwardthattourguidesshouldlearnEnglishwelltogivebetterservices,orshouldhavecrosscultureconsciousness.Someevenmentionedtheculturedifferencebetweeneastandwest,butdidnotintroducethespecificandadoptablewaystodealwiththem.Inthisdissertation,Itendtointroducefeaturesoftourguidepre
