5、yanIrrigationDistrict,theenactmentofthisordinance.ThesecondmentionedinthisRegulationreferstotheDujiangyanwaterconservancyprojectheadwork(includingtheMinjiangRiverpasstoQingchengRiverBridge,thesamebelow)andlevelsofwaterdiversion,water,water,waterandotherprojects
6、andfacilities;theDujiangyanIrrigationDistrict,Dujiangyanirrigationareareferstothedelineationofthescopeoftheoverallplanningbythewateradministrativedepartmentsandcompiledbythepeople'sGovernmentoftheprovince,wateradministrativedepartmentoftheStateCouncilforexamina
