2、ouristservicequality(adoptedatthesecondmeetingoftheStandingCommitteeoftheTenthPeople'sCongressoftheSichuaninMarch27,2003)Article1inordertoimprovethequalityoftourismservices,standardizetheorderofthetouristmarket,protectthelegitimaterightsandinterestsoftouristsandtourop

3、erators,andpromotethesustained,rapidandsounddevelopmentofthetourismindustry,accordingtorelevantlawsandregulationsofthestate.TheseRegulationsareformulatedinconnectionwiththeactualsituationoftheSichuan.ArticlesecondtheseRegulationsshallbeobservedinthemanagementoftourist

4、business,touristactivitiesandTourismManagementintheadministrativeareasofSichuanprovince.Articlethirdtheterm"tourismservicequality"asmentionedintheseRegulationsreferstotheservicesprovidedbytouroperatorsinlinewithnationalstandards,industrystandardsorcontractualagreement

5、s.FourthadministrativedepartmentsofTourismunderthepeople'sgovernmentsatorabovethecountylevelshallberesponsibleforthesupervisionandadministrationofthequalityoftouristserviceswithintheirrespectiveadministrativeareas.Otherrelevantadministrativedepartmentsandscenicspotman

6、agementinstitutionsshall,inaccordancewiththeirrespectivefunctionsandresponsibilities,doagoodjobinthesupervisionandadministrationoftouristservicequalityjointlywiththeadministrativedepartmentsinchargeoftourism.BFifthadministrativedepartmentsinchargeoftourisminaccordance

7、withtheprincipleofopennessandconvenience,establishasoundtourismcomplaintssystem.Thetourismadministrativedepartmentandotherrelevantdepartmentsshalltimelyhandlingtouristcomplaintsinaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsofthestateandtheprovince,doesnotbelongtothescopeofthei

8、rrespectivedutieswithinthecomplaintshallbereceivedwithin5daysfromthedateoftherelevantdepartmentsandinformthecomplainanttomov
