5、RepublicofChinaSeedLaw"(hereinafterreferredtoasthe"seedlaw")andotherrelevantprovisionsoflawsandregulations,combinedwiththeactualsituationofthisprovince,theenactmentofthisordinance.Whereinthesecondtreespeciesintheadministrativeareaoftheprovince'sforesttreeseedbreeding,production,manageme
6、nt,use,managementandseedimportandexportandforeigncooperationactivities,mustcomplywiththe"seedlaw"andtheregulations.Thirdforestryadministrativedepartmentsunderthepeople'sgovernmentsatorabovethecountylevelshallbeinchargeofforestseedworkwithintheirrespectiveadministrativeareas.Themainrespo
