5、stryproductionandterritorialgreening.Articlethirdallunitsandindividualsengagedinthebreeding,production,operation,useandmanagementofforestseedsintheadministrativeareasofthisprovincemustabidebytheseregulations.FourthPeople'sgovernmentsatalllevelstoencourageunitsandindividualsengagedinth
6、ecultivationoftreeseedproduction,seedintroductionanduseoftraining,organizevariousformsofforestseedtechnology,popularizeadvancedtechnology,toencouragescientificandtechnologicalpersonneltothetreeseedbasetocarryouttechnicalguidance,technicalservicesandtechnicalcontract.Afforestationshoul
