3、apterIGeneralProvisionsArticle1inordertostrengthenthewaterconservancyprojectsinDujiangyanandDujiangyanirrigationwatermanagementandprotectionofworldheritage,Dujiangyanirrigationareatomeettheneedsofnationaleconomicandsocialdevelopment,accordingtothe"People'sRepublicofChinawaterlaw","People's
4、RepublicofChina","People'sRepublicofChinaRiverfloodpreventionmanagementregulations"andotherrelevantlawsandregulations,accordingtotheactualsituationofDujiangyanIrrigationDistrict,theenactmentofthisordinance.ThesecondmentionedinthisRegulationreferstotheDujiangyanwaterconservancyprojectheadwo
5、rk(includingtheMinjiangRiverpasstoQingchengRiverBridge,thesamebelow)andlevelsofwaterdiversion,water,water,waterandotherprojectsandfacilities;theDujiangyanIrrigationDistrict,Dujiangyanirrigationareareferstothedelineationofthescopeoftheoverallplanningbythewateradministrativedepartmentsandcom
6、piledbythepeople'sGovernmentoftheprovince,wateradministrativedepartmentoftheStateCouncilforexaminationandapprovaloftheDujiangyanirrigationwater;",referstotheDujiangyancanalofMinjiangRiverrunoff,abovetheriveredgefirstirrigationrunoff,intervalrunoffandgroundwater.ThirdintheDujiangyanirrigati
