3、awsandregulations,combinedwiththeactualconstructionofwaterconservancyproject,theenactmentofthisprovision.Articlesecondappliestothesupervisionofwaterconservancyprojectsandthesupervisionandadministrationofconstructionsupervisionofwaterconservancyprojects,which
4、shallbegovernedbytheseprovisions.AsmentionedintheseProvisionsreferstothewaterconservancyprojectforfloodcontrol,drainage,irrigation,hydropower,water,drainage(for)mudflatmanagement,soilandwaterconservation,waterresourcesprotectionandothertypesofprojects(includ
5、ingnewconstruction,expansion,renovation,repair,reinforcement,demolitionandotherprojects)anditsfacilitiesandancillaryworks.AccordingtothewaterprojectconstructionsupervisionmentionedintheseProvisionsreferstotheconstructionofwaterconservancyprojectsupervisionun
6、itswithappropriatequalifications(hereinafterreferredtoasthesupervisionunit),theprojectlegalperson(theconstructionunit,thesamebelow)inaccordancewiththeCommission,totheconstructionofwaterconservancyprojectintheimplementationoftheprojectquality,progress,capital
7、,productionsafety,environmentalprotectionsupervisioncontractmanagementactivities,includingwaterconservancyengineeringconstructionsupervision,constructionsupervisionofsoilandwaterconservationproject,mechanicalengineeringandmanufacturingofmetalstructuresandequ
8、ipmentsupervision,waterconservancyprojectconstructionsupervisionofenvironmentalprotection.Thirdconstructionprojectsofwaterconservancyprojectsshallbecarriedoutaccordingtolaw.Constructionsupervisi
