4、maintainingcityappearance,protectionofpersonalandpublicsafety,accordingtorelevantnationallawsandregulations,combinedwiththeactualsituationofthisMunicipality,theseProvisionsareformulated.ArticlesecondtheseProvisionsapplytotheadministrativeareasofthecity'snewconstructionprojects,
5、alterations,expansionandhousingdemolitionandotherconstructionactivitiesandsupervisionandmanagement.Theterm"constructionprojects"asmentionedintheseProvisionsreferstocivilengineering,constructionprojects,pipelinesandpipingprojects,equipmentinstallationanddecorationprojects.Theter
6、m"civilizedconstruction"asmentionedintheseProvisionsreferstotheconstructionactivitiesinaccordancewiththeregulationsinthecourseofconstructionprojectstoensuretheoperationenvironment,cityappearance,environmentalsanitationqualityandpersonnelhealthandsafety.Thirdmunicipalconstructio
7、nadministrativedepartmentsofthecity'sconstructionworkscivilizedconstructionofunifiedsupervisionandmanagement,andisresponsiblefortheimplementationoftheprovisionsoftheorganization.Theadministrativedepartmentsforconstructionofdistrictsandcountiesshall,inaccordancewiththedivisionof
