4、GeneralSituationofwaterresourcesintheYellowRiverTheYellowRiverQinghaiplateauoriginatedinthenorthernfootofBayankalamountainelevation4500Midiyuegouzoncolumnbasin,flowsthroughQinghai,Sichuan,Gansu,Ningxia,InnerMongolia,Shaanxi,Shanxi,Henan,Shandongnineprovinces(regions),intotheBohaiRiver,5464kilometer

5、sinlength,watershedareaof752thousandand400squarekilometers.TheYellowRiverisanimportantwatersourceinthenorthwestandNorthChina,withanaturalannualrunoffof58billioncubicmeters,ofwhich55billion900millioncubicmetersareinthemouthofthegardenand32billion300millioncubicmetersintheLanzhousection.MorethanLanzh

6、ouandLongmentoSanmenxiarange,runoffaccountedfor75%oftheriver.TheYellowRiverbasinislocatedinaridandsemiaridregions,relativelyscarcerainfall,theaverageannualprecipitationis478mm,duetotheimpactofclimate,annualprecipitationchangedgreatlyinthetimeallocatedto80%,65%fromsixtoOctoberprecipitationaccountedf
