2、ngsubarachnoidhemorrhage(SAH)inrabbits.Andtoinvestigatetheroleofhighthoracicepiduralblockplusnimodipineintherabbitmodelofcerebralvasospasmfollowingsubarachnoidhemorrhage.METHODSTheHTEAmodelatT6~7epiduralspacewasestablishedin90rabbits,whowererandomlyassignedto5group
3、sof6rabbitseach,i.e.thesham-operatedgroup(S),Controlgroup(Con),HTEAtreatmentgroup(HS),Nimodipinetreatmentgroup(NS)andHTEAplusNimodipinetreatmentgroup(HNS).SAHwasdevelopedbytwoinjectionofautobloodintothecisternmagna(0.5ml/kg),TranscranialDopplerultrasonographywasuse
4、dtodetectthebasilararterymeanflowvelocity(Vm)1,7and14daysafterSAH.SerumS100BandNSEconcentrationisdeterminedbyELISAin1,7,14daysafterSAH.ThechangesinhistologicalmorphologyofthebasilararterywereobservedunderalightMicroscope,andTUNELstainingwereconductedonbasilararteri
5、escollected,Bcl-2andCaspase-3weremeasuredintheendothelialcellsofbasillaryarterybyimmunohistochemistry.RESULTSComparedtoSgroup,TheVmandVpofthebasilarartery,SerumS100BandNSEwerefoundtobeelevated,theluminaofthebasilararteriesbecamenarrowandthewallsofthebasilararterywe
