2、idreceptoragonistonmitochondrialrespiratoryfunctioninaratmodelofsepsis.Methods:。60SDratswererandomlydividedintoshamoperatedgroup(SO),septicgroup(SEP),andDADLEgroup(DADLE).Sepsismodelwasproducedbycecalligationandpuncture(CLP).InSOgroup,theabdomenwasopenedwithoutanyothertreatment.InDADLEgr
3、oup,DADLE(0.5mg/m1)wasadministeratadoseof5ml/kgbyintra—p.eritoneali巧ectionafterCLP.Allratsweresacrificed8hoursafterCLRAIT,AST,TBILinbloodweredetermined.MitochondrialrespiratoryfunctionWasevaluatedbytheclarkoxygeneletrode.ThelevelsofATP,ADP,AMPweredeterminedbyhighperformanceliquidchromato
