1、中国科技论文在线http://www.paper.edu.cn高效液相色谱法测定野生和人工种植库鲁#木提草中柚皮苷和木犀草素的含量**楚刚辉,木合塔尔·吐尔洪,尹学博,木尼热·阿布都克力木5(新疆特色药食用植物资源化学重点实验室,喀什大学化学与环境科学学院,新疆喀什844006)摘要:本文建立了库鲁木提草中两种活性成分柚皮苷和木犀草素的提取方法,优化了高效液相色谱法同时测定两种活性成分的色谱条件,并实现了野生及人工栽培库鲁木提草中柚皮苷和木犀草素的检测。采用AgilentHC-C18色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),并以甲醇
2、-0.2%10乙酸水溶液作为流动相,在室温柱温和流速1.00mL/min的条件下进行梯度洗脱,实现了两种活性成分之间以及和干扰组分之间的良好分离。柚皮苷和木犀草素的线性范围分别为120∼1440mg/L(r=0.9998)和17.5∼210mg/L(r=0.9999),加标回收率分别为95.3%(RSD=3.5%,n=6)和99.2%(RSD=1.9%,n=6)。本文成功实现了同时测定库鲁木提草中两种活性成分柚皮苷和木犀草素,结果表明野生库鲁木提草中柚皮苷和木犀草素的含量更高。该工作将为库鲁15木提草有效成分质量评价及开发应用提供了
