4、vailableonline22February2011wereamplified,outofwhich,136werepolymorphiccorrespondingto89.47%polymorphismacrosstheaccessions.ThepairwisepopulationgeneticdistanceswerecalculatedforalltheKeywords:populationsthatvariedfrom0.05to0.13betweenthepopulationsofM.k
5、oenigii.AMOVAandGeneticdiversityNei’sgeneticdiversityanalysisrevealedhighergeneticvariationswithinpopulationsthanPopulationstructureamongthepopulations.TheclusteringofpopulationsinthedendrogramwasnotinWildMurrayakoenigiiISSRcongruencewithgeographicalaffi
