3、steranalysis,andalsostudiedthegeneticrelationshipamongthe10breeds.Wefound93amplificationsegmentsbyRAPDanalysis.inwhichtherewere70polymorphismsegments,75.26%ofamplificationsegments,using13randomprimers,11,12,5,4,7,8,3,7,2,5,10,10,9ampl讯catedbandswerefound.Therewere7.15bandsperprimeri
4、naverage.Thegeneticsimilarityamongthebreedsrangedm0.6848to0.9019.andthegeneticdistancerangedm0.0981to0.3152.Geneticrelationshipbetween90035and9674wastheclosest,andbetweenHeireng27and90035wasthefa~hest.Proteinanalysisrevealedthattheclosestgeneticrelationshipwasbetween90035and90024.an
