4、evaluationof40accessionsofcorneliancherriesAvailableonline12February2013(C.masL.).With20ISSRprimers,171polymorphicbandsweredetectedwithpolymor-phismratiorangeof80–100%.Theaveragepolymorphisminformationcontent(PIC)wasKeywords:0.46,whichshowsthatthemajorityofprimersareinfo

5、rmative.TheaveragevaluesofCornusmasEffectiveMultiplexRatio(EMR),MarkerIndex(MI),effectivenumberofalleles(Ne),Nei’sClusteranalysisgenediversity(He)andShannon’sinformationindex(I)forallprimerswere8.0,3.75,ISSRBreeding1.756,0.416and0.595respectively.Basedontheseresults,ISSR
