3、dmiceand3inbredstrainsofmiceestablishedinChinawasanalyzedbypolymerasechainreactioncoupledwithrestrictionfragmentlengthpolymorphism(PCR—RFLP)andPCRcoupledwithsingle—strandedconformationpolymorphism(PCR—SSCP).Results:WithregardtotheD—loop(Displace—mentloop,D—loop),tRNA'.,andND3(NADHdehydrogenasesubun
4、it3.ND3)genefragmentsofmtDNAfromthesemice,novariationwasrevealedbyPCR—RFLPat46restrictionenzymesites.FurtheranalyzedbyPCR—SSCP,theD—loop5fragmentand3endfragmentofmtDNAfromthesemicealsoshowednogeneticvariation.Conclusion:OwingtomaternalmodeofinheritanceofmtDNA.theresultsindicatethatthesecommoninbred
