4、of11ISSRprimers,atotalof368(99.7%)and81(71.7%)polymorphiclociinwildandcultivatedKeywords:strainsweredetected,respectively.ThemeangeneticsimilarityofA.auricula-judaewasWildstrains0.75,basedonthedendrogramgeneratedviasimilaritycoefficient,allthetestedstrainsSimilaritycoefficientwereclas
5、sifiedintosixgroupsatasimilaritylevelof76%,andthetwocultivatedstrainsClusteringanalysisPrincipalcoordinateanalysis(PCoA)consistedofonegroupalone.Theresultsofprincipalcoordinateanalysiswereinaccor-dancewithUPGMAclustering,andthefirstmostinformativecoordinateaccountedfor75.9%ofthevariat
