1、肠外营养支持在无创通气治疗COPD合并营养风险患者中的作用丁盈盈李勇诚林丽邬海燕（杭州师范大学附属萧山区第一人民医院杭州311200）[摘要]目的：观察部分肠外营养支持在无创通气治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)急性加重期合并营养风险患者中的作用。方法：选取呼吸内科住院的COPD急性加重期合并呼吸衰竭行无创通气的患者86例，通过营养风险筛查方法2002版（NRS-2002）综合评分，均存在营养风险。86例患者随机分为部分实验组与对照组，前者给予短期肠外营养支持联合普通饮食，后者仅给予普通饮食，1周为1疗程，观察疗效。结果：实验组的营养状况指标较治疗前明显好转(P

2、<0．05)，优于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，实验组在机械通气时间、住院时间、院内感染率与插管率，均低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义(P<0．05)，两组病死率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0．05)。结论：COPD急性加重期合并营养风险的患者，在行无创通气的同时，给予短期肠外营养支持治疗，有助于改善机体的营养状况，减少无创通气时间、住院时间，降低院内感染发生率、和插管率，从而提高治疗的综合效果。【关键词】慢性阻塞性肺疾病无创通气营养风险肠外营养支持EffectsofParenteralNutritionalSupportintheNon-inv
