3、edthroughItaly.HegotinspiredbytheoldItaliancoffeebartraditiontoservefreshbrewedEspressiandCappuccini.HeconvincedtheStarbucksfounderstogivehisideaachanceandin1985heopenedthefirstcoffeebarinSeattleandgaveittheItaliantouchbynamingit'IlGiornale'.Thenewconceptworkedout,

4、IlGiornalewasasuccess.ButSchulzaimedhigher.HefoundlocalinvestorsandboughtStarbucksin1987.ThatgavewayforexpansionandinthesameyearheopenednewcafesinChicagoandevenVancouver,Canada.17StarbucksCafeswereestablished.In1992thecompanywentpublic(aftertheyhadalreadyofferedst
