2、随机分为对照组和DEZ组，各3O例。对照组术后PCA泵注0．9氯化钠，DEZ组PCA泵注0．5mg／mL地佐辛。采集患者麻醉诱导前(TO)、术后4h(T1)、术后24h(T2)和术后48h(T3)血标本，测定c反应蛋白(Creactiveprotein，CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子a(tumornecrosisfactord，TNF一)、IL一2、II一6和IL一1O的水平。于T1、T2和T3时点随访患者，记录患者生命体征、视觉模拟评分(VAS)、数字镇静评分(NSS)、不良反应发生情况及患者满意度。结果两组患者术后CRP、TNF一、I
