2、电针治疗。Morris水迷宫检测大鼠学习记忆行为;检测大鼠海马齿状回高频刺激诱发的群峰电位幅值变化。结果:①与模型组比较,电针组大鼠潜伏期缩短,首次跨越时间缩短,跨越次数增加(P<0.05);②与模型组比较,电针组Ps增幅明显升高(P<0.01)。结论:“双固一通”电针法可促进老年阳虚模型大鼠的学习记忆能力,并在一定程度上提高老年阳虚模型大鼠海马齿状回长时程增强。关键字:双固一通;老年阳虚大鼠;学习记忆;长时程增强;海马基金资助:湖北省自然科学基金重点项目(No.2008CDA051)Effectsof‘double-reinforcingandone—unblocking’ofacupunc
