5、ed．Weinvestigatedthecorrelationbetweenthefactorofageandtheclini—copathologiealfeaturesorprognoses．Results：Theyoungerpatients(≤53)hadbetterliverfunctionalreservebutmoreaggressivetumorfactorsthantheolderpatients(>53)．Afteramedianfollow—up0f31months，87patientsdied．Thecumulative5一yearsurvi

6、valrateswere55．43％inyoungerpatientsand48．31％intheolderpatients(P=0．026)．Usingmultivariateanalysis，wedemonstratedthatagewasanindependentriskfactorassociatedwithoverallsurviva1．Besides，therewere76patientswhohadtumorrecurrenceaftersurgery．Usingmultivariateanalysis，wefailedtofindthattheinc
