1、复杂长句的翻译复杂长句是根据句子的的复杂程度来区分的，它包括含有多个从句的主从复合句，兼有多个并列和主从关系的并列复合句，带有多个并列成分或修饰词语较长的简单句。因此，科技英语翻译者必须首先分析和弄清从句的语法结构，从句与主句、短语与主句等之间的语法关系和逻辑关系，找出整个句子的中心内容及其各层意思，然后分析几层意思之间的相互逻辑关系，再按照汉语的特点和表达方式，根据句子特点采取相应的手段准确地译成汉语。状语从句Theamountofdeformationisdirectlyproportionaltotheappliedstressprovidedthef
