5、ertifiesthatthedocumentisinproperlegalformandthatitisexecutedbyapersonidentifiedashavingauthoritytodoso.Authenticationisalsoreferredtoasacknowledgment.AVOIDANCECancellationofacontractbylawwhenaneventrendersperformanceimpossibleorinequitable,withtheres

6、ultthatthepartiesarereleasedfromtheirobligations.BAILMENTAdeliveryofgoodsintothepossessionofanother(thebailee)underanexpressorimpliedcontractandforaparticularpurposerelatedtothegoodswhilepossessedbythebailee,whohasadutytoreturnthemtotheowner(thebailor

7、)ortodisposeofthempursuanttothebailor'sinstructionsafterthepurposehasbeenaccomplished.Forexample,asellerwhodeliversgoodstoashipperwithinstructionstotransportthemtothebuyerataspecifieddestinationhascreatedabailment.Inabailmentforhire,thebailoragreestoc
