1、喉罩通气全麻用于乳腺癌根治术的临床观察［摘耍］冃的探讨气管插管全麻和喉罩通气用于乳腺癌手术对血流动力学的影响。方法将60例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为两纟fl,喉罩组(L纟全麻诱导示置入喉罩，插管组(M组)：全麻后喉镜下气管插管维持通气，分别记录诱导前T0,置喉罩或气管插管前T1,喉罩置入或气管插管即刻T2、Z后的3min(T3)、5min(T4)、15min(T5)、拔除气管导管或喉罩时T6的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR),记录术后24h咽部疼痛及不适的发牛率。结果喉罩通气纽循坏稳定(P<0.05),术后的咽喉部不适发牛率明显卜•降。结论喉罩通气
