2、时间(9.1士4.3)d，术后感染发生率9.52%，均较血液透析(HD)组低〔低血压发生率7.800，肾功能恢复时间(21.4士7.6)d，术后感染发生率2000];腹膜透析组低血压发生率6.250o，肾功能恢复时间(15.5士6.7)d，术后感染发生率37.5%，后两项指标高于HVHF组;HVHF组治疗后，TNF-a,IL-1p和IL-6的水平较治疗前明显下降，而HD组治疗前后无明显差异。结枪高容量血液滤过是一种较好的治疗DGF的方法。关键词:血液透析;高容量血液滤过;腹膜透析;肾移植;功能延迟恢复中图分类号:R617文献标识码:A文章编号:1671-8259(200

5、odialysis(HD)to25casesinHDgroup,andperitonealdialysis(PD)to8casesinPDgroup;andtheeffectsofthosemethodswerecompared.ResultsAltogether,103timesofHVHF,118timesofHDand112timesofPDwereperformed.TheincidenceofhypotensionintheHVHFgroup(4.85%)andthePDgroup(6.25%)waslowerthanthatintheHDgroup(17.8

6、%)(P<0.01).Systolicbloodpressure(SBP)ofthecasesinHVHFandPDgroupsshowedslighterchangesthanthatofthecasesinHDgroup(SBP)20mmHg:20.39%，19.64%vs.27.12%;SBP)40mmHg:16.5%，18.75%vs.22.03%;SBP)60mmHg:0%a，1.79%vs.14.41%)(P<0.01).ThegraftfunctionrecoveryperiodofHVHFgroupwasshorterthanthatoftheHDand
