6、wereobserved,includingswollencells,monospore-likecells,filaments,callus-likestructuresandbladelets.RegenerationofleafyplantswasachievedfromprotoplastsofP.crispata,whereasonlyconchocelis-likefilamentswereregeneratedfromprotoplastsofP.dentata.Inthislatterspecies,conc
