4、letypesofmesenchymalstemcells(MSC),ADSCremainlocationfortheCD34+ADSC.Inthecapillary,CD34difficulttodefineduetothelackofdefinitivecellularandCD140b(apericytemarker)aremutuallymarkers.Still,manytypesofMSC,includingADSC,exclusivelyexpressed,thussuggestingthatpericy
5、tesarehavebeenshowntoresideinaperivascularlocation,andnottheCD34+ADSC.ManyothercellularmarkersforincreasingevidenceshowsthatbothMSCandADSCvascularcells,stemcells,andstemcellnichehavealsomayinfactbevascularstemcells(VSC).Locally,thesebeeninvestigatedaspossibleADS
6、Cmarkers.cellsdifferentiateintosmoothmuscleandendothelialParticularlythebest-knownMSCmarkerSTRO-1hascellsthatareassembledintonewlyformedbloodvesselsbeenfoundeitherexpressedornotexpressedinculturedduringangiogenesisandneovasculogenesis.ADSC.Intheadiposetissue,STR
