2、（每组n＝5）；分别用Muller细胞和小胶质细胞特异性标记物谷氨酰胺合成酶（GS）和OX-42，进行免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结（SP）法染色，以显示视网膜Muller细胞和小胶质细胞的变化．结果在视神经切断后，大鼠视网膜Muller细胞GS阳性产物立即增粗、深染，并与周围细胞紧密联系在一起，3d达高峰，14d明显减弱；小胶质细胞OX-42的阳性产物表达在视神经切断后7d明显增强，14d达高峰．结论视神经切断后大鼠视网膜Muller细胞反应性增生，小胶质细胞被激活，但反应高峰晚于Mulle
