2、(每组n=5);分别用Muller细胞和小胶质细胞特异性标记物谷氨酰胺合成酶(GS)和OX-42,进行免疫组织化学链霉菌抗生物素蛋白-过氧化物酶连结(SP)法染色,以显示视网膜Muller细胞和小胶质细胞的变化.结果在视神经切断后,大鼠视网膜Muller细胞GS阳性产物立即增粗、深染,并与周围细胞紧密联系在一起,3d达高峰,14d明显减弱;小胶质细胞OX-42的阳性产物表达在视神经切断后7d明显增强,14d达高峰.结论视神经切断后大鼠视网膜Muller细胞反应性增生,小胶质细胞被激活,但反应高峰晚于Mulle
