2、是一种资源节约型、环境友好型运输方式。随着我国经济的快速发展，社会对于铁路运输的需求也在不断上升。作为铁路运输重要组成部分的客运专线的建设的重要性日益显现。客运专线可以将客货运输分离，极大的释放原有铁路线路运力，同时新建线路可以满足现在旅客出行高速舒适的要求，社会经济效益显著，是我国乃至世界铁路运输的趋势。通辽枢纽是东北地区重要的交通枢纽，发挥着集散本区丰富物产及中转相连数条铁路线路资源的作用，但通辽枢纽具有以往铁路枢纽建设中的通病，运输协调性差、客货组织不畅。本文以京沈高速客运铁路专线建设为背景，利用将本条客运专

3、线引入既有枢纽的机会对原有设施进行新建和改造，使其发挥更好的经济社会效用。本文首先介绍了建设项目经济评价的基本理论，对该建设的财务评价和国民经济评价进行了充分分析，得出将京沈客运专线引入通辽枢纽具有建设现实价值。之后以运营管理理论为基础，对现有运力、客流、场站规模进行分析之后，分析了引入项目的必要性和价值；通过和现有线路和其他交通方式的对比，验证了本方案的优越性；结合新建京沈高速客运铁路线路提出了枢纽和站场的建设改造方案，对引入线和配套设施的不同方案进行了对比和选择。最后对工程施工量做出估计，提出了预估算。关键词:
