4、importantproblemforhumanresourcemanagement．Basedontheaboveanalysis，thispaperaimedtoexplorethewaystoimproveemployeeengagementinZDKJcompany．Firstofall，thepaperconfirmedthedefinition，connotation，structureandmeasurementofemployeeengagement；Second，withtheintegrationofcaseandempiricalresearch，thepaperin—d

5、epthanalysisofproblemsandinsufficientinZDKJcompanywithZDKJcompany’Shumanresourcemanagementasthebreakthroughpoint；Third，basedonthedatafromquestionnairesurvey,thepaperusedthemethodsofindependentsamplesttest，singlefactoranalysisofvariance，correlationanalysisandlinearregressionanalysistoexplorehowhumanr
