3、mpsiaAbstractBackgroundandobjective：Severepreeclampsia(sPE)isoneofthemajorobstetriccomplications，whichseverelvthreatensmaternalandfetalhealth．ThecurrentresearcheshavenotyetaccuratelypredictedtheincidenceofsPE．Inaddition，thereisnosubstantialprospectbasedonanatomicalpathol

4、ogyofpreciselyregulatingtrophoblastinvasiontosPE．Thus，interveningandblockingthepathophysiologicalprocessofsPEismoresignificantinclinicaltreatment．TheserumorplasmaofsPEpatientscaninterferewiththefunctionofvascularendothelialcells，suggestingthatthereisanimportantfactorwhic

5、hleadstoclinicalsymptomsinsPEpatientsblood．Clinicalsymptomsquicklydisappearaftertheexpulsionoftheplacenta，1ndicatingthattheadversefactorsofsPEinperipheralbloodaremainlyfromtheDlacenta．Syncytiotrophoblastmicrovillousmembrane(STBM)isoneofplacentaderivedadversefactors，which
