2、dandobjective:Pre-eclampsia(PE)isapregnancy-specificdisease.Theperformanceishypertension,proteinuriaandsoonafter20weeksofpregnancy,canbeaccompaniedtheheart,brain,kidney,liverandmultipleorgandysfunction,whichseverelythreatensmaternalandfetalhealth.ThemechanismofPEisstillunclearsothatthepredictionoft
3、hediseaseisquitedifficult.Inaddition,inearlystageofpregnancy,thereisnosubstantialprospectofpreciselyinterventionstopreventPEoneithertrophoblastinvasionnorembryo-maternalimmunetolerance.Thus,interventionorblockthepathophysiologicalprocessofPEismoresignificantinclinicaltreatmentafteritsonset.Clinical
4、manifestationsquicklydisappearaftertheplacentaisbeendelivered,whichindicatethattheplacentaanditspathophysiologicalfactorsmightbethemainlycauseofPE.Thirdtrimesterplacentalsurfaceentirelycoveredbysyncytiotrophoblas(ST).Syncytiotrophoblastmicrovillousmembrane(STBM)ismembranevesicle-likeparticlessheddi
5、ngintothematernalcirculationfromthemicrovilliofthesurfaceofST.StudieshaveshownthattheconcentrationofSTBMinperipheralcirculationinPEpatientsissignificantlyhigherthanthosewhoareexperiencinganormalpregnancy.AlargenumberofinvitrostudieshaveconfirmedSTBMiscloselyrelatedtotheincidenceofPE,butnotsomuchfor
6、invivostudies.Inaddition,innormalpregnancycases,distribution,metabolismortargetorgansofSTBMstillstayuncleartopresentknowledge.AndinPEcases,STBMmainpathogenicmechanismsanditsimpactonbodyfunctionsarealsosuspended.AndthebasiccompositionandkeypathogenicfactorsinthevivoleadtotheonsetofPEisunclear,itsmai
