6、designmethodsindetailintheCallCentersystem.Thepaperpresentsthephysicalandlogicstructureofthetranslationgateway.Thedesigningandimplementsofthemaincontrolmoduleandprogramhavebeendescribedindetailwhichconnectthefrontdesksystemandthebankserver.nletechnicalmeasuredisc
