1、重庆医科大学硕士学位论文RNA干扰maspin基因对胃癌细胞株MKN-28凋亡的影响姓名:倪江涛申请学位级别:硕士专业:病理学与病理生理学指导教师:易永芬20090501重庆医科大学硕士研究生学位论文RNA干扰maspin基因对胃癌细胞株MKN-28凋亡的影响摘要目的:构建maspin基因编码区的shRNA真核表达载体,探讨转染重组质粒对胃癌细胞株MKN.28凋亡的影响。方法:1.设计合成针对maspin基因的shRNA与具有荧光蛋白表达的pGenesil一1.1质粒连接,构建的重组质粒分别命名为阳性质粒pGenesil—maspinl、pGenesil-maspin2和阴
